Headed in the wrong direction

Although not entirely unexpected, I picked up 2.4 pounds over last Sunday and weighed in at 252.4 lbs. I guess it’s baby steps back into the routine.  At least I’m back posting again. Here’s to a better week with the weight loss journey.
